Your relationship with Best Technology
Your use of Best Technologys services and web sites (referred to collectively as the -services in this document and excluding any services provided to you by Best Technology under a separate written agreement) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Best Technology. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement. This document may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Best Technology, your agreement with Best Technology will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to below as the -Universal Terms.
Your agreement with Best Technology will also include the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these are referred to below as the -Additional Terms. Where Additional terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that service.
The Universal Terms, together with the additional Terms, form a legally binding agreement between you and Best Technology in relation to your use of the Services. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the -Terms.
If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.
Accepting the Terms
By accessing and using Best Technology Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the Universal Terms. Best Technology may also use other services that are governed by different Universal Terms.
Description of Best Technology Product Services
Best Technology provides you will a monthly review of the best technology on the market today. We also supply you with products showcased on the main page of the site at the guaranteed lowest prices around. You also agree that you may receive notices from Best Technology in the form of email. You understand and agree that the Best Technology Services is provided -In contract before service and that Best Technology assumes responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to operate Best Technology Services.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Best Technology Services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated within the contract. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Best Technology Services.
Your Contract Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Best Technology Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving the Best Technology Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: 1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete email information by registration form. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Best Technology has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Best Technology Services has the right to suspend or terminate your account/contract and refuse any and all current or future use of the Best Technology Services.
Best Technology Privacy Policy etc
Registration data and certain other information about you are subject our applicable privacy policy. For more information, see the full Best Technology Privacy Policy at http://www.besttechnology.org/privacypolicy.php. You understand that through your use of the Best Technology Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the applicable privacy policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Best Technology.
Member email
You will receive a email upon completing the Best Technology Services registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the email and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under it. You agree to 1. Immediately notify Best Technology of any unauthorized use of your email or any other breach of security, and 2. Ensure that you exit from you email at the end of each session. Best Technology will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section 6.
Member conduct
You understand that all information, data, software, programs, images, or other materials (Content), are the sole responsibility of that person from whom such Content originated. Upload, post, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of anothers privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(b) Harm minors in any way;
(c) Impersonate any company or person or entity;
(d) Upload, post, or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, propriertary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
(e) Upload, post, or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (Terms of any party;
(f) Interfere with or disrupt the Best Technology Services or servers or networks connected to the Best Technology Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Best Technology Services.
Special admonitions for international use and export and import compliance
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.
Use of the Best Technology Services and transfer, posting and uploading of software, technology, and other technical data via the Best Technology Services may be subject to the export and import laws of the United States and other countries.
Best Technology does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Best Technology Services.
By submitted ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals (Contributions) to Best Technology through its contact form, you acknowledge and agree that: 1. Your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; 2. Best Technology is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; 3. Best Technology shall be entitled to use or disclose such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; 4. Best Technology may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; 5. Your Contributions automatically become the property of Best Technology without any obligation of Best Technology to you; and 6. You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Best Technology under any circumstances.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the Best Technology Services.
Best Technology reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Best Technology Services (or any part thereof) with notice.
You may stop using Best Technology at anytime, however, if you hold a previous obligation to any other party using Best Technology Services, to withhold that obligation until discontinuing use of Best Technology Services.
