Android 4.0 will start to hit GSM / UMTS Nexus S smartphones this month but you can get yours tonight. This will be a big hit to Sprint but they can make up for this in the future. First download the file here to your computer. Then plug in your phone to the computer and drag it into the bottom of your phone. Then boot your phone into recovery. All you do it select boot from the sd and then toggle the odd error loading page and options will come up. Select boot from sd again and files will come up select the file thats the upgrade and it will automatically install.
