To take advantage of Google Wallet on your Nexus S before everyone else follow these steps exactly. First download the ROM manager app if you dont already have it. Flash your googlewallet.zip file and check every box except making a backup then reboot your phone. Then try and launch Google Wallet once its FCed. If everything goes right then it should show up on your screen and make you sign into your Google account. Google should give you $10 and then you can add more money if you want.
